Workload

OSHA worked to pass Oregon House Bill 2618, which directed the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) to conduct a study to identify the best methodology for determining the appropriate number of students on a workload for occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists. The final report recommends Oregon school districts adopt the workload model used in North Carolina for creating manageable and equitable caseloads for health professionals working in Oregon schools.
