Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship includes recognition in the conference program, announcement at the event, and signage (Company logo should be sent no later than August 21, 2026).

Exhibit Space Layout: One 6’ draped exhibit table and two chairs. Space assignments will be based on your requirements and assigned by conference management.

Special Requirements: Please describe any requirements you may have for your display. A fee will be charged if special installation is necessary.

Exhibit Hours: Exhibits will run Friday, October 9, from 7:30 am – 6:00 pm

Exhibit Set-up: Set–up is at 7 am Friday, October 9.

Cancellation Policy

Completed online registration confirms your attendance at the 2026 OSHA Conference. If you need to cancel after you have completed your registration, please submit your cancellation request in writing to oshaoregon@gmail.com. Full refunds available for cancellations made by September 18, 2026. A 50% refund is available between September 19-October 2, 2026. No refunds available after October 2, 2026.

Cancelled Event

If this event is cancelled, credits for a future event will be offered to registrants with paid invoices.

Unsatisfactory CEU

If you are unsatisfied with the continuing education offerings provided at this event, pleas submit your detailed concerns to oshaoregon@gmail.com and the OSHA Executive Committee and Education Committee will review and work to find a resolution within 30 days of received email.
