OSHA 2026 Virtual Spring Conference - Attendee Registration (01 May 2026)

We are excited to announce the OSHA Spring Conference will be held online on Friday, May 1, 2026. This year’s OSHA Spring Conference is designed to bring clinicians the latest evidence and immediately applicable clinical insights in one engaging day.

Our morning program features three hours of invited oral presentations delivered by nationally recognized presenters who have recently published influential work shaping current evidence-based practice. Attendees will choose from three concurrent sessions each hour, ensuring meaningful learning opportunities for professionals across settings and specialties, whether you work with adult or pediatric populations. Expect practical takeaways you can bring directly back to your caseload.

In the afternoon, we are excited to launch the inaugural OSHA Spring Conference Research and Practice Showcase, a dynamic three-hour block of 15-minute oral and poster presentations. This showcase will feature researchers and clinicians from across Washington, Montana, Idaho, and Oregon presenting both newly completed studies and ongoing clinical innovation projects. It’s an opportunity to discover emerging ideas, connect with regional colleagues, and see how research is actively informing real-world practice.

Cancellation policy: A full refund will be provided with notice of cancellation in writing to oshaoregon@gmail.com by April 15, 2026. 50% refund available between April 16-24, 2026. 25% refund available for cancellations received after April 25, 2026. A completed registration confirms your attendance, regardless of payment status. Please contact the OSHA office if you have any questions or need any support around changing your event registration.

Exhibit Space Layout: One 6’ draped exhibit table and two chairs. Space assignments will be based on your requirements and assigned by conference management.

Special Requirements: Please describe any requirements you may have for your display. A fee will be charged if special installation is necessary.

Exhibit Hours: Exhibits will run Friday, October 9, from 7:30 am – 6:00 pm

Exhibit Set-up: Set–up is at 7 am Friday, October 9.
